Cross-Cultural Interviewing

How interviews are conducted and how people present themselves vary widely across cultures. Communication styles and notions of self-promotion, for example, differ and can lead to assumptions about the suitability of candidates. Ensure you are able to notice biases and read unfamiliar cues. Employ new strategies in interview settings to invite candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise in a variety of ways. Ensure strong candidates are not being overlooked so your organization can truly benefit from hiring the best.
