Strategies for Success with Culturally Diverse Learners

Organizational training specialists aim to engage employees in rich, dynamic and meaningful learning experiences. Attention is often paid to differences in learning styles and using a wide range of methodologies to attract and retain the attention of the learners. Given the greater ethno-cultural diversity of our workplaces, however, what more can we do to understand the strategies needed to engage and include learners from different cultural backgrounds? Examine different perspectives on the role of facilitator and learner. Broaden your repertoire of strategies for engaging and including adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
