Organizational training specialists aim to engage employees in rich, dynamic and meaningful learning experiences. Attention is often paid to differences in learning styles and using a wide range of methodologies to attract and retain the attention of the learners. Given the greater ethno-cultural diversity of our workplaces, however, what more can we do to understand the strategies needed to engage and include learners from different cultural backgrounds?
