Project Management 2: Managing Projects and Resources

This course can be applied to the UBC Award of Achievement in Project Management Using Microsoft Project.

Improve team productivity by learning to assign resources to tasks, standardize resource definitions with a shared resource pool, analyze team workloads, generate resource-based schedules, manage resource assignments, calculate task costs, and develop project budgets using Microsoft Project®. The course is held in a computer lab.

Note: Project Management 1 (IG101) or equivalent experience is recommended.
