Writing Your Life's Story: Autobiography and Memoir

Whether you are 18 or 80, you are living a story that is uniquely your own. You may want to write that story in order to understand your life’s purpose and direction more clearly, as a gift to family and friends, or with the intent to publish. Whatever your motivation, this workshop introduces you to the endless creative possibilities of autobiographical writing. Class time includes informal lectures, discussion, writing time, and feedback for those who want it. We also look at excerpts from a variety of published autobiographies and memoirs. Join us as we explore the fascinating territory of our own undiscovered lives. This class is limited to 12 students.
