Joenita Paulrajan
Biography
Joenita Paulrajan, MA, is from Chennai, India. She completed a MA and MPhil in English Literature at Madras University and moved to California in 2001 to pursue further studies. She earned a MA in Intercultural Studies and is currently a PhD candidate (ABD) in Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary. During her stay in California she taught intercultural communication and anthropology at Azusa Pacific University.
Joenita started working at UBC Continuing Studies Centre for Intercultural Communication in February 2012 and manages two programs—the UBC Certificate in Intercultural Studies and the UBC Certificate in International Development. Her work and research interests are in the area of intercultural studies, mission history, intercultural communication, and anthropology. She is also a member of SIETAR BC.
