Language Coaching

Coaching has its roots in athletics, where coaches help elite athletes fine-tune their performance. Elite students might also need a coach to fine-tune their academic performance.

Language Coaches in the Academic English Support (AES) program are English language teaching specialists with substantial teaching experience who work with students to evaluate their academic English needs and offer feedback, encouragement, guidance and direction to help facilitate the most effective and efficient AES learning plan .
