The Certificate in Technology Support Professional (TSP) is intended for individuals pursuing entry-level technical support positions. This 10-month, full-time program offers a combination of hands-on labs, lectures, projects and soft skills development, plus an eight-week industry practicum.
The TSP program helps participants develop the skills and gain the confidence to acquire some of today’s most important industry certifications, including:
- CompTIA A+ Certified Technician
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP: Server Administrator)
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
