Our summer one-week culinary programs for teens ages 15-18 focus on healthy cuisine using flavourful, locally-grown fruits and vegetables. Classes are offered in the daytime at the beautiful UBC Point Grey campus. All include hands-on preparation of gourmet meals under the guidance of a professional chef, which you then get to enjoy with your classmates in a beautifully presented multi-course lunch.
