Global Relations Program

The Global Relations (GRP) program is designed for students to improve their intercultural communication competency and explore introductory frameworks of human resources and cross-cultural issues facing today's global organizations. GRP runs full-time over four weeks and combines specialized workshops, skill-building activities, assignments and a final presentation.

There are approximately 120 hours of structured activities in the classroom and community. Topics centre around workplace dynamics, intercultural and presentation skills. Students also engage in personal development related to:

  • working within a diverse international workplace despite a cultural or language barrier
  • reflecting on the role that culture plays in elements of international management
  • examining different approaches to teamwork
  • fostering leadership skills.

$2,000 CAD

Minimum English Level Required
TOEIC 700+ / TOEFL 530+ (paper-based) or equivalent
