Career Development and Testing

"Ask what makes you come alive and go do it."
-Howard Thurman-

Whether you are changing careers or you simply want to position yourself for what's next, take the time to re-assess, reflect and plan in order to move forward with renewed confidence and purpose. Benefit from over 40 years of career counselling expertise. Based on your needs you can:

  • meet with an experienced career counsellor
  • clarify key values, interests and skills through an assessment package
  • book a leadership coaching session, or
  • take a career exploration workshop.

Most tests and all consultations can accommodate any schedule and location and include evenings, weekends and online video chat.

UBC Continuing Studies also offers support to the general public through our Free Life and Career Services, conveniently located in downtown Vancouver at Robson Square. Our trained volunteer advisors are available to listen, discuss options and opportunities, and offer referrals to information resources, career assessments, educational programs and other community services.
