Conflict is inevitable whenever people work together. If not properly managed, it can become confrontational, personally stressful and unproductive. While workplace changes may create unexpected pressures on employees to do more with less, to work with different teams or adapt to new situations, the result does not have to be destructive conflict. Participants in this one-day workshop will learn how to move beyond confrontational stalemates and address conflict productively.
