Web Analytics and Intelligence

Web and Digital Analytics

The analysis of web and other digital metrics, coupled with best practices in online and offline marketing, leads to well-designed websites and other digital content that facilitate the customer experience.

In collaboration with the Digital Analytics Association (formerly the Web Analytics Association), UBC Continuing Studies offers 100% online courses and an Award of Achievement program in digital analytics. Courses should be taken in their recommended order of completion. See UBC Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics - Curriculum.

Web Intelligence

Web intelligence is the combination of digital analytics, which examines how digital visitors and customers view and interact with your website and other digital offerings, and business intelligence, which allows a corporation’s management to use customer data to make strategic decisions.

UBC Continuing Studies, in collaboration with the University of California, Irvine Extension and the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) have combined their resources to offer 100% online courses and the Certificate in Web Intelligence. This program builds on the foundation laid in the UBC Award of Achievement in Digital Analytics.
