A business case is the culmination of research and planning for your project, so it needs to accurately reflect your project and be compelling. This course takes you through the different sections of a business case and provides you with a framework to develop and refine your business case. You also come away with insights into audience analysis and persuasive techniques that you can use to make your case as strong as possible.
This course can be applied to the UBC Certificate in Professional Communication.
